The MBA department at SVIST is 12 years young. We have excellent infrastructure, well trained and committed faculty members, well equipped library facility which provides various management journals.

MBA in today’s scenario is considered as a basic qualification for management positions in Finance, Marketing and HR department of any organization. The major advantages of pursuing MBA is to get awareness about the theories of management and their practical implications and also understanding the actual organizational environment and the working culture to become successful managers in various disciplines.

We also have an exclusive placement cell for industry interaction and placements. We have introduced several best practices which are implemented at the entry level itself; the students become industry oriented when they graduate from the portals of this institute. Management education across the globe is in a transition stage and it should aim at adopting global requirements and crisis situations. The department is arranging its best efforts to evolve holistic managers who will be capable of leading the organization in the most professional way.

We also guide the students by way of mentoring, to assess their career paths in which their areas of interests / skills which enable them to do self-appraisal.
